Job Description

Follow up with leads provided by the company through IndiaMART, WhatsApp, calls, etc. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products. Send quotations, samples and product details to customers. Regularly follow up with potential customers and convert enquiries into orders. Maintain customer and follow-up records. Build long-term relationships with customers. Requirements: Good communication and convincing skills. Sales/inside sales experience preferred. Experience with IndiaMART will be an advantage. Target-oriented and comfortable with regular follow-ups.
