Job Description – Senior Retail Executive Company: Good Leather Designation: Senior Retail Executive Location: Lajpat Nagar Department: Retail Sales Timings :10am to 10pm Job SummaryThe Senior Retail Executive will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, managing daily retail operations, and supporting the Store Manager in ensuring the smooth functioning of the store. Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist customers in selecting suitable products. Understand customer requirements and provide accurate product information. Achieve individual and store sales targets. Handle customer queries, complaints, exchanges, and after-sales support professionally. Maintain proper product displays and visual merchandising standards. Monitor stock availability and coordinate for replenishment when required. Assist in billing, cash handling, and POS operations. Support the Store Manager in daily store operations and team coordination. Guide and support junior sales staff when required. Ensure store cleanliness, discipline, and professional presentation. Prepare and maintain daily sales and operational reports. Follow all company policies, procedures, and retail standards. RequirementsPrevious experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Strong communication and customer-handling skills. Ability to achieve sales targets and work in a fast-paced retail environment. Basic knowledge of billing/POS and inventory management. Leadership and team coordination skills.
