GVI ITALY Office Sales Executive – Inside Sales Position Office Sales Executive – Inside Sales Gender Female candidates preferred Location Wazirpur, Delhi Working Hours 9:45 AM – 6:45 PM | 6 Days Working | Sunday Off ABOUT THE ROLE Inside sales / lead conversion through WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and existing customer data. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Handle incoming leads from Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp. • Respond to customer enquiries quickly and professionally. • Make calls to existing and previous customer databases. • Follow up systematically with prospects. • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products. • Share catalogues, quotations, product information and other details. • Handle customer objections, especially around price and competition. • Convert enquiries into orders. • Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups and conversions. • Coordinate with the sales/operations team for order processing. • Achieve assigned monthly sales targets. • Work towards improving lead-to-order conversion. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR • Good communication skills. • Confident on phone and WhatsApp. • Strong follow-up skills. • Target-oriented and result-focused. • Good basic computer skills. • Comfortable using WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook. • Ability to handle multiple leads simultaneously. • Positive attitude and willingness to learn. EXPERIENCE minimum 2 years of inside sales / lead conversion experience preferred. INDUSTRY PREFERENCE / ADVANTAGE Fixed Salary + Performance-Based Incentives.
