Job Description

Job ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with immigration clients. Handle client inquiries regarding PR, Work Permit, Student Visa, Visitor Visa, and other immigration services. Follow up with leads and guide clients throughout the immigration process. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth case processing. Provide regular updates to clients on their application status. Address client concerns professionally and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate client records and update the CRM system. Achieve client engagement, retention, and revenue targets.
