Urgent Hiring – Team Leader for GPay

Job Role:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Team Leader to manage a field sales team for GPay.

Lead and guide the team in onboarding merchants to the GPay platform
Monitor daily targets and ensure performance benchmarks are met
Provide training, support, and mentorship to the team
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with onboarding protocols
Handle escalations and ensure smooth field operations

Experience Required:
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in QR code sales in any fintech company – mandatory
1–2 years of experience as a Business Development Executive (BDE)
Strong leadership qualities with prior experience managing sales teams (preferred)

Salary: Up to ₹40,000 CTC + Attractive Performance-based Incentives
