Job Description

IT Sales Executive (In-House) – Urgent Hiring
Industry: IT Services / Website Development / Software Development / Digital Marketing
Immediate Joiners Experienced with similar background fields can apply
Location – Delhi, Janakpuri ( Delhi candidates preffered)

Key Responsibilities (KRA)

Generate leads through cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sales channels.
Pitch and sell website development, software development, SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing, CRM solutions, mobile apps, and other digital services.
Understand client requirements and prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations. Conduct sales calls, virtual meetings, and product/service demonstrations. Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead status in CRM.
Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project onboarding and delivery.

KPI & Targets
Monthly Sales Target: As assigned by management.
Revenue Achievement: Target-based performance.

Required Skills
Excellent English Communication (Written & Verbal).
Strong Telecalling and Client Handling Skills.
Experience in IT Sales, Software Sales, Website Sales, CRM Sales, or Digital Marketing Services.
Good Negotiation and Closing Skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Incentives based on monthly revenue achieved.

Ideal Candidate: 1–3+ years of experience in IT Sales, Website Sales, Software Sales, Digital Marketing Sales, or B2B Service Sales. Strong communication, telecalling, and sales-closing abilities are essential.
