Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Source new customers for
Business Loan, Home Loan, and LAP.
Generate
minimum assigned monthly disbursement as per company target.
Conduct
field visits for client acquisition and document collection.
Explain
loan products, eligibility, ROI, tenure, and processing charges
clearly to customers.
Collect
and verify all required documents: KYC, income proof, bank
statements, property papers, etc.
Coordinate
with credit, operations, and banks/NBFCs for file processing and
approvals.
Maintain
strong relationships with builders, DSAs, brokers, and referral
partners.
Ensure
quick turnaround time for login, approval, and disbursement.
Maintain
daily MIS, lead tracking, and pipeline reporting.
Ensure
compliance with company and lender policies.
Handle
customer queries and provide post-disbursement support.
