Job Description

Key Responsibilities
1.      Prepare and cook Italian dishes such as pasta, pizza, risotto, sauces, garlic bread, and appetizers as per standard recipes.
2.      Assist senior chefs in daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
3.      Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control.
4.      Prepare ingredients, sauces, and mise en place before service hours.
5.      Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen as per food safety standards.
6.      Monitor stock levels and inform management about inventory requirements.
7.      Properly store food items and ensure minimum wastage.
8.      Follow kitchen SOPs, recipes, and company standards.
9.      Assist in receiving and checking food deliveries.
10.  Work efficiently during busy service periods and support team members.
Requirements
1.      Minimum 2–3 years of experience in an Italian kitchen, restaurant, café, hotel, or QSR.
2.      Knowledge of Italian cuisine, ingredients, and cooking techniques.
3.      Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
4.      Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
5.      Good teamwork and communication skills.
