Job Description

We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team
Job Purpose: The Inside Sales Executive is responsible for generating and qualifying leads through inbound and outbound sales activities. The role focuses on identifying potential customers, building initial relationships, qualifying opportunities, and handing over qualified leads to the field sales team for closure.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inquiries received through website, referrals, social media, and marketing campaigns.
Contact new leads through phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
Generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn prospecting and other outreach activities and maintain data in the sheet.
Conduct lead research and identify decision-makers within target companies.
Qualify leads based on customer needs, budget, decision-making authority, and purchase timeline.
Prepare lead handover notes and coordinate with the field sales team.
Maintain accurate customer and lead records in the CRM system.
Follow up regularly with prospects to nurture and convert opportunities.
Share market feedback, competitor information, and customer insights with management.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly work summary reports.

Skills Required
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong telephone and email communication abilities.
Lead generation and prospecting skills.
Basic sales and customer relationship management knowledge.
Ability to use CRM software, MS Excel, and Google Workspace.
Good organizational and follow-up skills.
Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.

Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline.
Experience in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, Business Development is preferred.
Excellent communication skills.
Knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office preferred.
