Om Trading Company is looking for an experienced Retail FMCG Sales Executive to expand our retailer network and increase sales across the assigned territory.
Responsibilities:Visit retailers daily and generate orders.
Develop new retailers and maintain existing customer relationships.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Increase product availability and visibility at retail outlets.
Promote company products, schemes, and offers.
Follow up on payments and collections.
Conduct market surveys and report competitor activities.
Coordinate with the warehouse and delivery team for timely supply.
Requirements:2–5 years of experience in Retail FMCG Sales.
Experience in General Trade (GT) is preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good knowledge of the local retail market.
Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
Basic smartphone skills for order booking and reporting.

Preferred Experience:Experience in selling Grocery, Food Products, Edible Oil, Besan, Pulses, Soya Products, or other FMCG products.
