Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
•Safely operate and drive the employer’s vehicle while adhering to all traffic rules and regulations.
•Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off of the employer, family members, guests, or designated personnel.
•Maintain the vehicle in a clean, presentable, and roadworthy condition at all times.
•Conduct routine inspections of the vehicle, including checking fuel, engine oil, tyre pressure, brakes, coolant, and other essential components.
•Coordinate regular servicing, maintenance, and repairs as required.
•Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, fuel consumption, servicing, and mileage.
•Plan routes efficiently to ensure timely arrivals while considering traffic and road conditions.
•Assist with loading and unloading luggage or other items when required.
•Safeguard the confidentiality and privacy of the employer and family members.
•Ensure all vehicle documents, including Registration Certificate (RC), Insurance, Pollution Under Control (PUC) Certificate, and Driving Licence, remain valid and up to date.
•Be available for outstation travel and flexible working hours, if required.
Follow all instructions issued by the employer and maintain a professional, courteous, and disciplined attitude.
