Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain daily inventory records and stock reports.
Monitor inward and outward movement of materials.
Ensure proper stock receiving, storage, and dispatch.
Conduct physical stock verification and inventory audits.
Maintain FIFO (First In First Out) stock management.
Track damaged, expired, or slow-moving inventory.
Coordinate with procurement and operations teams for stock requirements.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
Update inventory data in Excel, ERP, or inventory management software.
Ensure warehouse cleanliness and proper material arrangement.
Resolve stock discrepancies and maintain inventory accuracy.
Required SkillsGood knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory software.
Strong analytical and record-keeping skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to handle stock audits and reporting.
QualificationsGraduate or Diploma in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in warehouse, inventory, or store management.
