Job Description

This position is a key role generating enrollment leads and walk-ins for Kritavidya courses. Success here would a steady stream of walk-ins to our center for counselling and subsequent enrollments for our courses.

Ø Work on the leads provided by the TL/Manager.
Ø Calling & Following up with potential customers/students to update them on our courses
Ø Work independently or as a teammate to deliver the Monthly/Weekly sales targets.
Ø Maintaining a constant communication channel with leads through phone, email, chat, etc.
Ø BPO / Customer service experience shall be an added advantage.
Ø The profile involves working from the office.
Maintaining a detailed record of all the potential customers and preparing MIS.
