SEO Manager Full Time

looking for a highly skilled and results-driven SEO Manager to join our team and lead the next generation of organic growth. This role is perfect for someone who combines solid traditional SEO expertise with modern AI-powered strategies, including AI-Optimized SEO (AIO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO). Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute tailored SEO strategies using 2025 best practices, including AI integration, algorithm updates, AIO, and GEO to improve performance across both traditional and generative search engines.

• Conduct detailed keyword research, technical audits, and competitor analysis using both standard and AI-driven tools.

• Optimize website content, metadata, structure, and UX with a focus on AI-friendly content that ranks well in generative search results.

• Lead off-page SEO initiatives: high-quality link building, guest posting, influencer outreach, and strategic partnership campaigns.

• Track, analyze, and report SEO performance using advanced tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and AI-powered platforms for predictive insights.

• Conduct outreach to influencers, bloggers, and media outlets to secure backlinks, collaborations, and brand mentions.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of hands-on SEO experience, including proven success in AIO, GEO, and outreach-led campaigns.

• Demonstrated achievements in improving rankings, traffic, and conversions (portfolio or examples preferred).

• Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to write compelling outreach messages, reports, and SEO content.

• Deep understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and optimization techniques for both traditional SEO and AI-enhanced search environments.

• Expertise with leading SEO tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, plus familiarity with AI SEO tools such as ChatGPT for SEO, Surfer SEO, etc.

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple client accounts, prioritize effectively, and adapt to the rapidly evolving SEO landscape.

• Bonus: Experience working with AI-focused industries or optimizing content for LLM-driven search behaviors.
