Job Description
Position: Digital Marketing Executive
Qualification:Â Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Computer Applications,
or a related field.
Experience: 0 to 3+Â years hand on experience in digital marketing
Freshers with relevant certifications and internship experience may also be considered
Location: Chh. Sambhajinagar
Salary Package: 2.4 LPA & Attractive Incentives
Technical Skills:Â
1. Knowledge of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and SEM (Search Engine Marketing).
2. Experience in managing Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads.
3. Understanding of Social Media Marketing (SMM).
4. Knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console.
5. Familiarity with Email Marketing tools.
6. Basic knowledge of WordPress or CMS platforms.
7. Understanding of Content Marketing strategies.
8. Knowledge of Keyword Research and competitor analysis.
9. Basic graphic designing skills using Canva or Adobe Photoshop (preferred).
10. Basic video editing skills using tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar (preferred).
Key Responsibilities:
1. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Website Management
Optimize the company website through on-page and off-page SEO, conduct keyword research, monitor website performance, and improve search engine rankings.
2. Social Media Marketing
Plan, create, and manage content and campaigns across social media platforms to increase brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth while managing online interactions.
3. Paid Digital Advertising
Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns to maximize lead generation, conversions, and return on investment (ROI).
4. Content & Email Marketing
Develop engaging digital content, including blogs, website content, social media posts, and email campaigns, ensuring consistency with the company’s brand identity.
5. Analytics, Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Track and analyze website and campaign performance using digital marketing tools, prepare performance reports, and recommend data-driven strategies for continuous improvement.
6. Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization
Generate qualified leads through digital channels, optimize landing pages for higher conversion rates, and coordinate with the sales team for effective lead nurturing.
7. Brand Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Maintain a consistent digital brand presence, monitor online reputation, stay updated on market trends, and collaborate with internal teams to support marketing, recruitment, and business development initiatives.
