Relationship Manager – Sales
Choice Equity Broking Pvt. Ltd.
Job Summary:
Responsible for acquiring new clients, managing existing customer relationships, and driving revenue through the sale of equity and wealth management products. The role involves providing investment guidance, increasing client engagement, and achieving monthly business targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Acquire new clients by promoting Demat and Trading account openings.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with retail and HNI clients.
Generate brokerage revenue by increasing client trading activity.
Cross-sell financial products such as Mutual Funds, IPOs, SIPs, Insurance, Bonds, and other investment solutions.
Understand clients’ financial goals and recommend suitable investment products.
Conduct regular client meetings, follow-ups, and portfolio reviews.
Reactivate dormant clients and encourage active trading.
Provide market updates, investment ideas, and trading opportunities.
Achieve monthly sales, revenue, and client acquisition targets.
Ensure compliance with SEBI, exchange regulations, and company policies.
Coordinate with internal teams to deliver seamless customer service and resolve client queries promptly.
Required Skills:
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
Knowledge of equity markets, trading platforms, and financial products.
Customer-focused approach with target-oriented mindset.
Ability to work under pressure and meet business goals.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
NISM/NCFM certification is preferred.
Experience in stock broking, wealth management, banking, or financial services is an advantage.
