NET Solution Architect

hiring an experienced .NET Solution Architect to join our team. This role is also open in our Talent Acquisition department to support our growing demand for high-level technical leadership.

As a Solution Architect, you will lead the design, architecture, and development of scalable enterprise applications using Microsoft technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, define architectural standards, modernize legacy systems, and drive cloud-native solutions on Azure.

Role Overview

The .NET Solution Architect will be responsible for architecting complex distributed systems, guiding technical teams, and ensuring applications meet the highest standards of performance, security, and scalability. This is a senior, hands-on role ideal for someone who excels in cloud, microservices, and modern DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture for enterprise-grade systems.

• Define and implement architectural standards, best practices, and coding guidelines.

• Design high-level and low-level architecture for microservices, APIs, and data workflows.

• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

• Make strategic decisions on technology stack, integration patterns, and deployment approaches.

• Drive modernization initiatives (legacy→microservices, .NET Framework→.NET Core, Azure migrations).

• Architect cloud-native solutions using Azure services (App Services, Functions, Event Grid, Service Bus, Cosmos DB, Azure SQL).

• Establish strong DevOps practices—CI/CD, containerization, IaC, automated testing.

• Conduct code/design reviews and mentor engineering teams.

• Evaluate tools, platforms, and third-party integrations.

• Participate in solutioning, pre-sales discussions, client workshops, and architecture assessments.

• Support business development by contributing to proposals, technical documentation, and thought leadership.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development experience; 5+ years in architecture roles.

• Advanced expertise in C#, .NET Core/.NET 6+, ASP.NET MVC/Web API.

• Strong experience with microservices and event-driven architecture.

• Proven experience in legacy modernization and cloud-native .NET architectures.

• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services.

• Expertise in RESTful API design, security (OAuth, JWT), and performance optimization.

• Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Strong understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (SQL Server, Cosmos DB, MongoDB).

• Experience with messaging systems (Azure Service Bus, Kafka, RabbitMQ).

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with DDD and enterprise integration patterns.

• Exposure to Angular or React for full-stack architecture.

• Knowledge of DevSecOps and secure application design.

• Azure Architect certification (preferred).

• Experience in product engineering or large-scale platform development.
