Position Overview
As a Technical Delivery Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of software projects, ensuring that solutions meet business goals, technical standards, and client expectations. This role blends technical leadership, project management, and client consulting to deliver high-quality digital products on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Delivery

Lead cross-functional teams through the full SDLC using Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall

Manage project phases including discovery, analysis, estimation, planning, design, and execution

Ensure delivery of web and mobile applications within timelines, quality standards, and budget
Technical Consulting & Solution Architecture

Use deep engineering experience (Software Engineer / Tech Lead / Architect / Pre-Sales) to guide technical decisions

Define requirements, evaluate solutions, and recommend the best technical approaches

Ensure solutions meet business goals, security, scalability, and performance needs
Quality Assurance & Code Excellence

Establish coding standards and ensure adherence through reviews and static code analysis

Work closely with Quality Engineering teams to define QA strategies and testing frameworks

Ensure high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code across all deliverables
Agile Program Management

Lead Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives

Prioritize backlogs, manage resources, and monitor sprint execution

Build detailed project plans aligned with business and technical priorities
Client Communication & Stakeholder Management

Act as the main technical liaison for clients, providing consulting, updates, and recommendations

Deliver digital transformation insights to optimize client business processes

Identify risks, manage issues, and implement mitigation strategies
Risk Management & Governance
-
Identify technical risks, dependencies, and constraints
-
Maintain complete project documentation including design, infrastructure, QA, code guidelines, etc.

Ensure governance and delivery standards are consistently followed
Required Skills & Expertise
-
10+ years in software development, including 5+ years in Technical Delivery or Agile Program Management

Strong background as a Software Engineer, Tech Lead, Architect, or Pre-Sales Consultant

Expertise in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies

Experience leading large-scale software projects across full lifecycle

Strong consulting capabilities—ability to turn client needs into technical solutions

Skilled in code reviews, design evaluations, and enforcing quality standards

Experience with QA practices (manual + automated), CI/CD, DevOps

Understanding of modern tech stacks (React, Node.js, Python, etc.) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Excellent communication and ability to simplify complex technical concepts
Qualifications

Certifications: CSM, PMI-ACP, PMP, or PRINCE2 preferred

Experience with cloud technologies, DevOps, CI/CD, and automation frameworks is an advantage

Prior consulting and client-facing experience is highly desirable
