Social Media Executive

seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Executive to join our marketing team. In this role, you will manage and execute strategic social media initiatives to build brand awareness, engage audiences, and support overall marketing and business goals.

What You’ll Do

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube.

• Create engaging, visually appealing content including posts, images, videos, and reels aligned with brand guidelines.

• Monitor performance metrics, analyze insights, and optimize campaigns for better reach and engagement.

• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and platform best practices.

• Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to plan and execute campaigns.

• Manage and grow online communities by engaging with followers, responding to messages, and boosting interaction.

• Coordinate with internal teams for promotions, product launches, events, and important announcements.

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing corporate or brand social media accounts.

• Strong understanding of major social media platforms, scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout Social), and analytics.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• A creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and digital content creation.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and deadline-driven environment.
