Content Lead

looking for an experienced and creative Content Lead to join our team and drive high-quality content development for our clients. The ideal candidate will oversee content strategy, manage the content team, and ensure the delivery of engaging, accurate, and brand-aligned materials across multiple platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

• 5+ years of diverse and proven experience in content creation and content management.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Strategy

• Conduct in-depth research on industry-related topics to produce fresh, original, and insightful content.

• Develop high-quality blogs, guest posts, articles, and website content for clients and internal projects.

• Create compelling headlines and strong body copy to attract and engage target audiences.

• Identify content gaps and recommend new ideas to enhance overall content strategy.

Team Leadership

• Manage and guide the content team, ensuring productivity, creativity, and timely delivery.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and SEO.

Brand & Quality Management

• Maintain brand consistency across all content including tone, style, formatting, and messaging.

• Proofread content for accuracy, grammar, and clarity.

• Edit and refine existing content to improve structure, readability, and relevance.

• Revamp older content to ensure it stays current and valuable.

Collaboration & Optimization

• Work closely with the design team to support content with visuals and illustrations.

• Assist the marketing team in creating content for advertising and promotional campaigns.

• Coordinate with the SEO team to ensure all content is optimized for search engines and aligned with SEO best practices.
