Night Shift

Provide high-quality technical support to customers via calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Handle queries related to emails, Facebook, printers, routers, and other technical products/services.
Respond promptly to customer requests and provide accurate troubleshooting assistance.
Drive sales conversions by confidently explaining solutions and achieving monthly targets.
Manage inbound calls efficiently and maintain professional communication throughout interactions.
Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues effectively and delivering a positive experience.
Stay goal-oriented, motivated, and committed to meeting performance benchmarks.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Hands-on experience handling technical support calls.
Strong ability to troubleshoot basic tech issues (email, social media, printers, routers, etc.).
Customer-focused attitude with the ability to build rapport.
Sales-driven mindset with the ability to convert leads and achieve targets.
Ability to work confidently and effectively in a fast-paced night-shift environment.
