Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead and scale both Channel Sales (B2B) and Direct Sales (B2C) for our premium residential and plotted developments in Noida and Vrindavan. The role requires strong leadership, market understanding, and execution capability to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. B2B Sales (Channel Management)

* Develop and onboard new Channel Partners / Brokers across key markets
* Strengthen relationships with existing partners to increase business volume
* Plan and execute channel activation activities (meets, events, site visits)
* Drive partner productivity and ensure consistent deal flow
* Create incentive structures and engagement programs for partners

2. B2C Sales (Direct Sales)

* Generate and close sales through direct customer interactions
* Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation → site visit → negotiation → closure
* Conduct customer events, presentations, and site visits
* Maintain strong follow-up systems to improve conversion ratios
* Ensure excellent customer experience and relationship management

3. Team Leadership & Productivity

* Lead and mentor telecalling and field sales teams
* Set clear targets, KPIs, and daily activity benchmarks
* Monitor team performance and drive accountability
* Conduct regular training sessions to improve conversion and sales skills

4. Business Development & Strategy

* Identify new markets and expansion opportunities
* Plan and execute weekly/monthly sales strategies
* Collaborate with marketing team for lead generation campaigns
* Analyze competition and suggest pricing/positioning strategies

5. Revenue & Reporting

* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
* Maintain MIS reports on leads, conversions, and revenue
* Forecast sales pipeline and ensure consistent closures

Key Requirements

* Proven experience in real estate sales (B2B + B2C both mandatory)
* Strong network of brokers/channel partners (preferred)
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
* Leadership ability with a focus on team productivity
* Self-driven, target-oriented, and result-focused mindset

* Experience in plotted developments / residential projects
* Ability to handle high-value transactions
* Strong market understanding of Noida & Vrindavan
