looking for a skilled Operations & Analytics Specialist (E-commerce) to join our team in Gurgaon. This role is central to boosting operational excellence, improving process efficiency, and delivering deep analytical insights for internal teams and external clients. You will work directly with the COO and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to drive impactful initiatives across the organisation.

Support day-to-day operational activities by delivering analytical reports, actionable insights, and performance dashboards for internal delivery teams and clients.
Collaborate with core management to design and implement internal tools, improve processes, and enhance operational efficiency across the organisation.
Work closely with multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.
Occasional short-term travel may be required based on business needs.
B.Tech from IIT/Tier-1 engineering college and/or MBA from IIM/ISB/Tier-1 business school.
Minimum 3 years of experience in strategy & operations (consulting, investment banking, e-commerce, digital, adtech, or enterprise SaaS).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
Basic understanding of e-commerce, digital marketing, or performance marketing domains.
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills (written and verbal).
Ability to build structured processes, analyse large datasets, and generate insights.
Partner with teams to identify problems, develop strategies, and execute high-impact operational initiatives.
Work closely with the COO to drive strategic projects, operational improvements, and organisation-wide efficiency programs.
Lead reporting & analytics efforts, including daily performance dashboards, revenue analysis, and actionable insights for the Account Management team.
Analyse industry trends, competitive landscapes, and market data to guide decision-making and differentiation strategies.
Support primary and secondary research by coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
Conduct benchmarking studies and performance comparisons with competitors.
Drive implementation of growth, customer service, and experience enhancement initiatives.
Build and maintain financial models, support business planning, and evaluate project economics.
Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines and service standards.
Design and implement new processes to improve tracking, reporting, and operational visibility.
Participate in cross-functional rollouts and support company-wide high-impact projects.
Identify gaps in existing systems and propose long-term sustainable solutions.
