Finance Manager (CA)

looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3–5 years of experience in digital, e-commerce, or startup environments. This role is perfect for someone who can take full ownership of our Finance & Accounts function and support management with accurate financial reporting, compliance, and strategic insights.

Key Responsibilities

1. Finance & Accounts Leadership

• Oversee the complete Finance & Accounts department and establish robust processes and policies.

• Ensure timely generation of insertion orders, invoices, and follow-ups for payments.

• Verify vendor invoices, process payments, and maintain vendor relationships.

• Manage filing of documents, agreements, and Vendor KYC.

• Handle banking operations, credit card management, and payroll processing.

• Maintain strong relationships with vendors, clients, and financial institutions.

• Ensure proper monitoring of company assets, credit periods, and client credit limits.

2. Books & Financial Analysis

• Conduct regular reviews and reconciliation of books with clients and vendors.

• Analyse assets, liabilities, income, and expenses.

• Support account finalization and coordinate during audits.

3. Management Reporting

• Prepare monthly Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets.

• Perform campaign-wise profitability analysis.

• Conduct trend analysis and prepare weekly fund-flow statements.

• Prepare budgets and perform Budget vs. Actual variance reporting.

4. Statutory Compliance

• Ensure accurate computation and timely payment of TDS, GST, PF, ESIC, etc.

• File statutory returns (TDS, GST, PF, ESIC, etc.).

• Coordinate with consultants, auditors, and compliance teams.

5. Strategic & Financial Support

• Contribute to financial strategy and decision-making.

• Manage deployment of surplus funds and ensure optimal financial planning.
