looking for an experienced E-commerce Account Manager to lead growth mandates for multiple lifestyle brands across brand websites and top marketplaces. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing e-commerce performance either on the client side or in a similar digital/e-commerce agency.
Understand each client’s goals and develop strategies that not only meet but outperform their expectations.
Collaborate closely with internal teams — Technology, Creative, Paid Marketing, CRM, and Marketplace Operations — to deliver seamless execution.
Manage digital advertising operations with clients and in-house teams to drive ROI and revenue targets.
Lead marketplace operations (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) in partnership with clients and internal marketplace teams to maximize sales performance.
Monitor daily performance reports, prepare weekly/monthly client reviews, and deliver actionable insights.
Maintain a deep understanding of all performance variables impacting client accounts and coordinate with internal teams to achieve superior results.
Research industry best practices, evaluate tools, and share insights to improve operational efficiency.
Analyze data to measure channel-wise marketing effectiveness across paid, organic, CRM, and marketplace initiatives.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling to expand account engagement and revenue.
Graduate with 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce operations across channels (client-side or agency).
Strong understanding of Facebook/Google advertising ecosystems and marketplace operations.
Excellent communication and analytical skills with the ability to think strategically and navigate complex situations.

Hands-on understanding of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Remarketing, CRM tools, and marketplaces like Amazon/Flipkart.
Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Mixpanel.
Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
