looking for a skilled and data-driven Paid Media Specialist (Facebook Ads) to manage and scale high-performing campaigns for leading e-commerce clients. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with large-scale paid campaigns, a strong analytical mindset, and a passion for performance marketing.

What You’ll Do

• Work closely with the Digital Marketing team to scale paid media efforts across Facebook Ads.

• Execute high-budget, performance-driven campaigns for e-commerce clients on the Facebook Ads platform.

• Develop innovative strategies to enhance campaign reach, engagement, and conversions.

• Utilize deep knowledge of Facebook Ads to run and optimize large-scale campaigns, including A/B testing and audience segmentation.

• Analyze data to improve performance and identify opportunities for optimization.

• Maintain strong communication skills and a solid understanding of web/app-based businesses.

• Leverage Excel and analytical skills to deliver insights and performance reports.

• Manage large media budgets across Facebook/Google with 2–3 years of relevant experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize Facebook Ads campaigns to deliver high ROAS for e-commerce clients.

• Continuously optimize paid channels to achieve maximum ROI while meeting business targets.

• Proactively identify process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

• Prepare periodic performance reports for internal teams and management.

• Analyze consumer behavior and integrate insights into campaign strategies.

• Coordinate with the marketing manager to ensure flawless execution of all campaigns.

• Develop and implement new strategies for customer acquisition.

• Run continuous A/B tests across creatives, messaging, and targeting to improve campaign performance.
