Affiliates Manager

We are seeking a highly driven Affiliates Manager to join our team and help scale our clients’ growth through powerful affiliate partnerships. The ideal candidate will manage relationships with top publishers, optimize affiliate performance, and lead end-to-end execution of affiliate campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and strengthen partnerships with affiliates, publishers, and networks—especially leading coupon, cashback, and email marketing partners.

  • Negotiate strategic, mutually beneficial payout models and partnership terms.

  • Drive outreach, deal structuring, campaign setup, tracking integrations, delivery, and reconciliation with complete ownership.

  • Develop innovative strategies to promote client brands across multiple affiliate channels.

  • Ensure publishers receive timely updates on the latest offers, promotions, and campaigns.

  • Understand different publisher categories and their promotional methods to maximize performance.

  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new publishers aligned with clients’ industry verticals.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Engineering graduate with 3–5 years of experience managing affiliate programs in the eCommerce space.

  • Proven track record of handling major coupon/cashback publishers and leading a team of 4–5 affiliate executives.

  • Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to strategize and solve challenges independently.

  • Deep understanding of affiliate fraud types and preventive measures within eCommerce.

  • Excellent negotiation skills with hands-on experience in CPM, CPC, CPI, CPA, CPL, CPS models.

  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop out-of-the-box strategies that drive measurable results.

  • Highly motivated, self-driven, eager to learn, and passionate about growth.

  • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with publishers and affiliate networks.

  • Strong awareness and subject-matter expertise in client-specific industry verticals.

Technical Skills

  • Experience with affiliate platforms/tools such as HasOffers (TUNE).

  • Knowledge of analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Mixpanel.

  • Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
