We are expanding our digital presence and are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer to drive patient acquisition and brand growth through data-driven campaigns.
Job SummaryThe Performance Marketer will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads, increase patient footfall, and maximize ROI. The role requires strong analytical skills, platform expertise, and a deep understanding of healthcare marketing dynamics.
Key Responsibilities
1. Paid Advertising Campaign ManagementPlan and execute campaigns on:
Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Manage campaign budgets and optimize for cost per lead (CPL) and ROI
Perform A/B testing for ad creatives, copy, and landing pages
2. Lead Generation & Conversion OptimizationGenerate high-quality patient leads for services such as:
Dental implants
Orthodontics
Cosmetic dentistry
Optimize landing pages for conversion rate improvement
Work closely with front desk/telecaller team to track lead conversion
3. Data Analysis & ReportingMonitor key metrics:
CTR (Click-through rate)
CPL (Cost per lead)
ROAS (Return on ad spend)
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
Use tools like:
Google Analytics
Google Tag Manager
Meta Ads Manager
4. SEO & Organic Growth SupportAssist in improving local SEO rankings (Google My Business)
Optimize website content with relevant keywords
Support blog and content strategy for organic traffic growth
5. Creative Strategy & Content CoordinationCollaborate with design and content teams to create:
Ad creatives
Video campaigns
Promotional content
Suggest high-performing content ideas based on data insights
6. Patient Journey OptimizationAnalyze full funnel:
Ad → Landing page → Call/WhatsApp → Clinic visit
Identify drop-offs and improve conversion rates
Improve patient acquisition funnel efficiency
Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
2–5 years of experience in performance marketing
Strong expertise in:
Google Ads
Meta Ads
Knowledge of:
SEO
Google Analytics
Experience in healthcare/dental marketing (preferred)
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
Good communication and coordination abilities
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Cost per lead (CPL)
Lead-to-patient conversion rate
Return on ad spend (ROAS)
Monthly patient acquisition numbers
Website traffic and engagement
