Job Description
Job Summary:
We are hiring a smart and organized Front Desk & Admin Executive who can manage daily front office activities, coordinate with patients, make follow-up calls, and handle vendors and inventory. This is a multi-tasking role that requires excellent communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist patients, visitors, and clients at the reception
Handle appointment scheduling and maintain patient records
Make follow-up and lead calls for patient engagement or inquiries
Coordinate with doctors and staff for smooth patient flow
Manage daily administrative tasks and office operations
Communicate with vendors for supplies and maintain stock/inventory levels
Maintain cleanliness and order at the front desk and waiting area
Handle basic billing or payment follow-up (if required)
Record all activities in Excel or software provided
Requirements:
Graduate or equivalent (any stream)
Good verbal and written communication skills (English, Hindi, or local language)
Basic computer knowledge – MS Excel, Word, email, WhatsApp Web
Friendly, polite, and professional behavior
Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
Preferred Skills:
Experience in a clinic, hospital, diagnostic center, or wellness setup
Familiarity with CRM or medical software (optional)
Knowledge of inventory tracking and vendor communication
Ability to handle confidential patient information sensitively
