About MildCares: MildCares is a Personal care Brand revolutionizing menstrual and intimate hygiene with sustainable, innovative, and tech-enabled solutions. We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to engage with our customers, collect feedback, and collaborate with content creators to enhance brand presence.
Key Responsibilities: Customer Engagement & Support:
Connect with customers for feedback on product experience and improvements.
Address queries related to product usage, orders, and concerns via calls, emails, and WhatsApp support.
Build relationships with loyal customers to enhance brand advocacy.
Content & Community Engagement:
Collaborate with content creators, influencers, and social media teams to develop engaging stories and testimonials.
Gather and organize customer testimonials, UGC (User-Generated Content), and real-life experiences.
Assist in creating FAQs, product guides, and engaging responses for social media platforms.
Data & Reporting:
Maintain customer feedback records to identify key insights for product and service improvement.
Report trends in customer satisfaction, common concerns, and suggestions.
Requirements:1-3 years of experience in customer support, telecalling, or community management.
Strong communication skills in English & Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
Ability to handle customer interactions professionally and empathetically.
Experience with social media engagement, influencer collaboration, or content coordination is a plus.
Basic knowledge of Excel
