 What you’ll do

• Develop, test, and maintain web applications using PHP, MySQL, and frameworks like Laravel or CodeIgniter.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to connect user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Build efficient, reusable, and testable PHP modules.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and performance.
• Work with APIs and third-party services to extend functionality.
• Troubleshoot and maintain software to ensure smooth performance.
• Implement responsive designs that work seamlessly across devices and browsers.
• Be involved in all phases of the development lifecycle.
• Stay curious and keep up with industry trends, applying new ideas to projects.

What we’re looking for

• Strong skills in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and MySQL.
• Experience with frameworks like Laravel, CodeIgniter, or Symfony.
• Knowledge of front-end tools such as Bootstrap, jQuery, and AJAX.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
• Experience using Git for version control.
• Understanding of MVC design patterns.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Bonus: Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud) and Docker.
• A degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred.
