Job Description
MIS & Reporting
Prepare and circulate daily, weekly, and monthly sales MIS reports.
Maintain and analyze sales data, primary and secondary sales reports.
Generate beat-wise, territory-wise, and outlet-wise performance reports.
Prepare hierarchy reports, productivity reports, and sales trend analysis.
Ensure data accuracy and timely submission of reports to management.
Develop dashboards and presentations for management review meetings.
Track sales targets vs achievement and share variance analysis.
Sales Coordination
Coordinate with regional sales teams for sales updates and data collection.
Follow up with field sales teams for pending reports and data validation.
Support sales planning, target allocation, and scheme tracking activities.
Coordinate with distributors and internal departments for smooth operations.
Assist in preparing sales review presentations and meeting MOMs.
Ensure proper documentation and record management of sales-related data.
Data Management & Analysis
Maintain master databases of outlets, distributors, and sales hierarchy.
Monitor beat plans, route productivity, and outlet coverage.
Identify data gaps and provide actionable insights to improve sales efficiency.
Support automation initiatives and system updates related to sales reporting.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of MIS reporting and sales data analysis.
Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, HLOOKUP, MIS formulas, dashboards).
Good understanding of sales processes and distribution management.
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to handle large datasets and multiple reports simultaneously.
Knowledge of ERP/SFA/DMS systems will be an advantage.
Good presentation and reporting skills using PowerPoint.
