IndiaMART inbound leads
GeM bids, RFQs, negotiations
Quotation preparation & follow-ups
Order closure & payment coordination
Client relationship management

Must-have skills:
Strong communication
B2B selling experience
IndiaMART exposure preferred

Salary structure:
Fixed: ₹14k – ₹17.5k
Incentive: 1% on closed business
