SEO Manager

looking for a strategic SEO Manager who can take ownership of our search visibility and drive meaningful growth. If you’re passionate about boosting rankings, analyzing data, and leading teams to deliver measurable results, this role is for you.

 What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute SEO strategies that improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic.
• Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to uncover opportunities for content and optimization.
• Oversee on-page and off-page SEO activities including site audits, keyword targeting, and backlink strategies.
• Collaborate with content, marketing, and web development teams to implement SEO best practices across the site.
• Monitor performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Search Console, and share actionable insights.
• Stay ahead of SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices to keep strategies fresh and effective.
• Lead and mentor a team of SEO specialists, guiding them on optimization and performance monitoring.
• Manage SEO budgets and resources, ensuring initiatives align with business goals.
• Engage with clients regularly to understand their objectives and tailor strategies to meet their needs.
• Prepare and present detailed SEO proposals with timelines, expected outcomes, and recommendations.
• Provide ongoing consultation and support to ensure client SEO goals are consistently achieved.

 What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as an SEO Manager, SEO Lead, or similar role with a strong track record of success.
• Deep knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
• Proficiency in SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Search Console).
• Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Experience in developing and executing successful SEO campaigns.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team.
• Strong client-facing skills, including proposal preparation and strategy discussions.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript (a plus).
• Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or similar.
