What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute organic social media strategies tailored to each platform (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, etc.).
• Create, curate, and schedule original, engaging content — posts, stories, reels, and videos that resonate with our audience.
• Actively engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and fostering conversations.
• Monitor and analyze social media trends & platform updates to keep content fresh.
• Collaborate with content creators, designers, and internal teams to align social content with brand goals.
• Encourage user-generated content and community participation.
• Organize and manage contests, polls, and interactive campaigns to boost engagement.
• Track and report organic performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth) to refine strategies.

 What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience managing organic social media accounts.
• Deep understanding of social platforms and their unique cultures.
• Strong content creation & storytelling skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to build and nurture online communities authentically.
• Comfortable with tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, and native platform insights.
• Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented.

 Preferred Skills

• Experience with influencer outreach & collaboration (organic).
• Photography or video editing skills.
• Ability to spot and leverage trending/viral content.
• Familiarity with AI tools for content creation.
