Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented General Manager to lead and oversee the operations of multiple restaurant outlets. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, achieving sales and profitability targets, maintaining brand standards, and driving customer satisfaction across all locations.
Key Responsibilities
Multi-Outlet Operations ManagementOversee the day-to-day operations of all restaurant outlets.
Ensure consistent implementation of company policies, SOPs, service standards, and brand guidelines across all locations.
Monitor outlet performance and implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
Conduct regular outlet visits and operational audits.
Team Leadership & People ManagementLead, guide, and support Outlet Managers and departmental teams.
Recruit, train, develop, and retain high-performing employees.
Establish performance goals and conduct periodic performance reviews.
Foster a positive work culture and ensure employee engagement.
Financial & Business PerformanceManage overall P&L for all outlets.
Drive revenue growth while controlling operational and food costs.
Analyze sales reports, business trends, and operational metrics.
Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales and profitability targets.
Customer Experience & Brand ExcellenceEnsure exceptional guest experiences across all outlets.
Monitor customer feedback and implement corrective actions.
Maintain the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and service.
Inventory & Cost ControlMonitor inventory management, procurement, and stock control processes.
Minimize wastage and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources.
Ensure compliance with budgetary controls and company guidelines.
Compliance & Quality AssuranceEnsure all outlets comply with food safety, health, labor, and statutory regulations.
Conduct regular quality checks and operational reviews.
Implement corrective and preventive actions where required.
Business Expansion & Strategic PlanningSupport new outlet openings and expansion projects.
Identify opportunities to improve operational performance and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with senior management on strategic initiatives and business growth plans.
Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in restaurant or hospitality operations, including multi-unit management.
Proven experience managing multiple restaurant outlets or large-format food service operations.
