Senior Quality Analyst/Lead (Manual + Automation

Looking for an experienced QA Lead who can guide and inspire a team of 15–20 Quality Analysts. This role is about more than just testing — it’s about ensuring that every product we deliver is reliable, high-performing, and meets the highest standards. You’ll play a key role in shaping our QA processes, mentoring team members, and collaborating across departments to deliver excellence.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of 15–20 Quality Analysts, including trainees.
• Design, develop, and execute both manual and automated test cases.
• Ensure the quality and performance of applications through rigorous testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.
• Drive continuous improvement in QA processes and methodologies.
• Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders.

 What We’re Looking For

• 6+ years of experience in software testing (manual + automation).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Hands-on experience with automation tools like Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, etc.
• Ability to mentor and manage a diverse team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

 Preferred Qualifications

• ISTQB or equivalent certification.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems.
