Business Development Manager – Web & Digital Marketing Services

We’re on the hunt for an experienced and target-driven Business Development Manager who can take charge of client acquisition and drive global sales in web development and digital marketing services. This role is all about building strong relationships, leading a motivated sales team, and turning prospects into long-term clients.

 What You’ll Do

• Generate leads through cold calling, bidding platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc.), SEO, and social media.
• Qualify, nurture, and convert leads via email campaigns, follow-ups, and effective communication.
• Prepare proposals, process orders, follow up on payments, and close deals successfully.
• Manage both new and existing clients to ensure long-term relationships and retention.
• Lead and motivate the sales team by setting targets and reviewing performance regularly.
• Collaborate with internal project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Plan and execute email campaigns and digital marketing strategies.
• Analyze industry trends and adapt business development strategies accordingly.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Handle corporate-level marketing and participate in high-level client presentations.
