What You’ll Do
Lead and mentor a team of 15–20 Quality Analysts, including trainees.
Design, develop, and execute both manual and automated test cases.
Ensure the quality and performance of applications through rigorous testing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.
Drive continuous improvement in QA processes and methodologies.
Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
6+ years of experience in software testing (manual + automation).
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Hands-on experience with automation tools like Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, etc.
Ability to mentor and manage a diverse team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
ISTQB or equivalent certification.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems.
