�� Role Overview:
Healthians is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Business Partner (TABP) to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, partnering with business leaders to understand hiring needs, and ensuring timely hiring of quality talent. The role requires strong communication skills, stakeholder management, sourcing expertise, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Revenue Growth:
• Drive diagnostic test and healthcare package sales through primarily outbound calling operations.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize sales revenue.
• Monitor conversion ratios, upselling opportunities, and business performance metrics.
• Overall, Sales centre revenue week on week growth %
Call Centre Operations:
• Oversee day-to-day call centre operations including staffing, scheduling, and service delivery.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, quality standards, and operational KPIs.
• Optimize processes to improve productivity and customer experience.
Team Leadership:
• Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching, and training programs.
• Build a high-performance and customer-focused culture.
Reporting & Analytics:
• Track and analyse sales performance, call centre metrics, and operational reports.
• Present MIS reports and business insights to senior management.
Compliance & Systems:
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, data privacy, and company policies.
• Collaborate with CRM and IT teams for process automation and system enhancements.

Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, or related field.
 • MBA preferred. 
•3–7 years of experience in call centre sales, diagnostics, healthcare operations, or tele-sales.
