Position Overview: Program Manager – Scrum Master

As a Program Manager – Scrum Master, you will lead and mentor Agile teams to deliver high-quality products and services. You will be responsible for driving Scrum adoption, improving team performance, and enabling effective collaboration between stakeholders. This role plays a key part in strengthening Agile practices across the organization and ensuring consistent delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Scrum teams in Agile principles, practices, and frameworks

• Ensure teams fully understand and effectively implement Scrum roles, events, and artifacts

• Identify team strengths and improvement areas, and apply coaching strategies to enhance performance

• Facilitate and manage all Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives

• Remove impediments and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution

• Work closely with product owners, project teams, and leadership to support decision-making

• Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Agile coaches to resolve cross-team challenges

• Support the organization’s broader Agile transformation and continuous improvement initiatives

Job Details

• Role: Program Manager – Scrum Master

• Employment Type: Permanent

• Work Schedule: 9 working hours per day | 5 days a week

• Location: Noida

• Experience: 5–8 years

Skills & Experience Required

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in product or project development
  (or 3+ years of experience working on Agile teams with equivalent qualifications)

• Proven experience facilitating meetings and workshops across multiple organizational levels

• Hands-on experience with JIRA or similar project management tools

• Technology awareness of Java, Android applications, and iOS applications

• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, especially Scrum, and traditional project management methodologies

• Expertise in Scrum practices such as story splitting, estimation, velocity tracking, backlog refinement, and retrospectives

• Ability to collaborate effectively with product management and delivery teams

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Strong advocate of Agile values and principles

Technical Competencies (Preferred)

• Basic unit testing and coding knowledge in one or two languages (e.g., Java, C#)

• Understanding of Object-Oriented Design (OOD) and analysis

• Familiarity with design patterns and non-functional requirements such as scalability, resilience, and maintainability

• Experience with behavior-driven testing techniques

• Working knowledge of version control systems such as Git or Bitbucket
