Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Tele Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling customer inquiries, scheduling site visits, and converting prospects into potential buyers through effective communication and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided databases and marketing leads.
Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and offers to customers.
Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.
Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team.
Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Update customer information and sales activities in CRM software.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for lead conversion.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in Real Estate Tele Sales/Telescalling.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong convincing and relationship-building abilities.
Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
