Job Description

We are seeking a talented, creative, and detail-oriented Interior Designer / 3D Visualizer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for creating visually stunning and realistic 3D designs, renderings, walkthroughs, and interior concepts for residential, commercial, office, and renovation projects.
The ideal candidate should possess strong visualization skills, practical interior understanding, software proficiency, and the ability to convert concepts into realistic design presentations.

Duties & Responsibilities
Create high-quality 3D models, renderings, and walkthrough animations for architectural and interior projects
Prepare interior layouts, space planning concepts, and furniture arrangements
Interpret design briefs, sketches, and client requirements into visually appealing designs
Collaborate with architects, interior designers, clients, and project teams
Develop realistic 3D visualizations using industry-standard software
Apply textures, lighting, materials, landscaping, and camera settings to enhance design presentations
Prepare detailed working drawings and presentation sheets
Assist in BOQ preparation and material estimation
Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and vendors during project execution
Incorporate client feedback and design revisions effectively
Create presentation materials for client meetings and proposals
Maintain organized project files and documentation
Stay updated with the latest trends, software, and visualization techniques

 
Eligibility
Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
Proven experience as an Interior Designer / 3D Visualizer preferred
Strong understanding of modelling, rendering, lighting, texturing, and visualization techniques
Ability to understand design concepts, sketches, and technical drawings
Excellent attention to detail and creative thinking
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Portfolio showcasing interior and 3D visualization work is preferred
