Position: Flutter Developer

Job Overview

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Flutter Developer to design, build, and maintain high-quality applications across Android, iOS, and Web platforms. The ideal candidate enjoys solving technical challenges, takes full ownership of app development, and has strong experience working with Flutter widgets and reusable components—much like building blocks that fit together seamlessly.

You should be comfortable writing clean, readable code, documenting your work, and refactoring existing code to improve quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop cross-platform applications using Flutter for Android, iOS, and Web

• Build reusable, scalable, and customizable Flutter components

• Own the complete application lifecycle: concept, design, development, testing, deployment, and support

• Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services

• Implement payment gateway integrations

• Perform code reviews and contribute to design discussions

• Write high-quality, maintainable, and well-documented code

• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance

• Build scalable systems suitable for cloud deployment

• Ensure high standards for speed, usability, and reliability

• Write unit tests and UI tests to ensure application stability

• Collaborate closely with designers, backend developers, and stakeholders

Skills & Experience Required

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Flutter application development

• Strong experience with Dart (Java knowledge is a plus)

• Solid computer science fundamentals: data structures, OOP, and problem-solving

• Experience developing applications for Android and iOS

• Experience building and deploying Flutter Web applications

• Hands-on experience publishing apps to Google Play Store and Apple App Store

• Strong understanding of Flutter tools, widgets, and architecture

• Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations

• Knowledge of SOLID principles and design patterns such as MVP, MVVM, BLoC, Provider, GetX

• Understanding of Android native and Flutter hybrid app development lifecycle

• Experience debugging apps using simulators and developer tools

• Strong understanding of Android UI principles and best practices

• Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills

• Good communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
