Security Manager (Defence Background Preferred)
Company: Vibrant Security and Manpower Services Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Noida
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 / month (Based on experience)
Experience: 5–20 Years
Job Type: Full-time
Job Role We are hiring an experienced Security Manager/Operations Manager to
handle end-to-end security operations, team management, and client coordination at multiple sites.
Ex-Army / Defence / Police personnel will be given strong preference
Responsibilities Manage complete security operations across assigned sites
Deploy and supervise security guards & supervisors
Ensure strict access control and surveillance monitoring
Conduct security audits, risk assessments & surprise checks
Handle incidents (theft, fire, emergency) and reporting
Coordinate with clients and ensure service quality
Maintain discipline, grooming, and training of staff
Monitor attendance, shifts, and manpower planning
Requirements
Minimum Graduate (preferred)
5–20 years’ experience in security management
Strong leadership & decision-making skills
Experience in handling large teams and client sites
Knowledge of CCTV, access control & security protocols
⭐ Preferred:
Defence / Army / Police background
Experience in facility management or corporate security
