Roles & ResponsibilitiesCounsel prospective students regarding courses, programs, and admission procedures.
Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate admissions.
Understand students’ educational requirements and suggest suitable courses.
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
Guide students through the enrollment and documentation process.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions in CRM.
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a smooth admission process.
Resolve student and parent queries professionally.
Eligibility CriteriaGraduate in any discipline.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Experience in admission counseling, education sales, or telecalling will be preferred.
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
Required SkillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good convincing and negotiation abilities.

Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
