Job Description

Core Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end hiring processes, design onboarding programs, and forecast long-term staffing needs. 
Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions. 
Compensation & Benefits: Oversee payroll processing, administer health and retirement benefits, and benchmark salaries to ensure industry competitiveness. 
Performance Management: Design and execute performance appraisal systems, manage KPIs, and identify staff training needs. 
Compliance & Policy: Develop and enforce workplace policies while ensuring adherence to local, state, and federal labor laws. 
Culture & Engagement: Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives, employee engagement activities, and retention strategies. 

Key Qualifications & Skills

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology.
Experience: 5+ years of progressive HR experience, often including 2+ years in a supervisory or management role.
Certifications: Certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR are highly preferred.
Key Skills: Conflict resolution, HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) management, and strategic workforce planning.
