hiring an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive growth for our IT and software services. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship skills, capable of managing business development activities in a remote work environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for IT, software, and mobile application services

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients

  • Lead end-to-end sales activities from lead generation to deal closure

  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and negotiations aligned with client requirements

  • Explore and manage opportunities through online bidding platforms

  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure successful project onboarding

  • Track sales performance and contribute to revenue growth strategies

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–7 years of experience in business development or IT sales

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (B.Tech / BCA / MCA preferred)

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • Strong understanding of IT services, software solutions, and mobile applications

  • Experience with online bidding platforms is an added advantage

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working remotely
