Roles & Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship building

• Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders

• Drive the sales process from lead generation to deal closure

• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals

• Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and opportunities using CRM tools

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction

• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals

Required Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets

• Experience with CRM systems and the MS Office suite

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
