Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment activities including candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination

• Support HR operations and maintain accurate employee and candidate records

• Help schedule interviews and follow up with candidates

• Assist in documentation and HR-related reporting

• Support the HR team in day-to-day administrative tasks

Required Qualifications

• Strong interest in Human Resources, recruitment, or related fields

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships

• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with HR tools is a plus

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred
